IMPORTANT NOTICE:  FROM 1ST SEPTEMBER 2025 WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS TO THE EU FOR LESS THAN £250.00.

Any orders received for less than this amount will be cancelled and refunded.  Orders over the threshold will as usual be subject to the Vat and charges payable to the courier prior to delivery.

Some destinations have a threshold (minimum spend) for ‘Free Shipping’.  This will automatically set the shipping cost to 0.00 once you meet the threshold.  Please check before checking out as this cannot be rectified later.
Other destinations have a minimum spend for ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship flammable liquids over 30ml to any international destination by air.  For international clients we recommend the ‘Air Safe/Trial’ range of liquids in 30ml.

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will usually be delivered on the next working day (UK Mainland) between the hours of 7am and 7pm.  Orders placed after 2pm during the week or at weekends are despatched the following working day.  No orders are processed, despatched or delivered on bank holidays or weekends.   A text and/or email will be sent confirming despatch and on the morning of delivery an estimated time of arrival (a 1 hour time slot).
